These TOU shall in their entirety be governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these TOU or any dispute arising in relation to the Site whether in contract or otherwise the Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
